Yoga Flow
Linking breath and movement is a key reason why Yoga is so good for the mind. Bringing self awareness, awareness of breath and a strength and fluidity to your practice will be your aim in these flow classes. Working with chilled playlists and good vibes these hour long classes aim to increase flexibility and strength, improve posture, deepen breath and clear the mind.
Hatha
These classes are slow paced with a focus on mindful movement and pranayama (breathing). Suitable for all abilities you will see improvement in focus, stamina, balance and strength. Ending with a beautiful savasana for relaxation.
Solar Flow
This new class willWelcome in the day with gratitude, give thanks to the Sun, your body and all that you have. Starting with a slow warm up to wake up gently, working up into a strong (?) warrior sequence, leaving you ready for whatever awaits you.
Hot Yoga
Strong vinyasa flow in a 32 degree heat to an upbeat playlist means that hot yoga will really get the metabolism moving. The heat allows you to go a little more deeply and safely into postures and the sweating you will experience is an amazing way to detox. Keep hydrated and bring a towel, these 45 minute classes will remind you you are alive!
Core Strength Vinyasa
CSV is an empowering, core integrated vinyasa based style (or methodology) of Yoga, with a massive injection of anatomy and biomechanics information. Get a new perspective, transform and empower, lighting your potential from the inside out.
Gentle Yoga
With the onus on relaxation these classes are great for beginners or those with injuries or just for those of us that like our Yoga to nourish and restore. Working with less challenging poses means that we can focus on our breathing, our alignment, balance and posture and enjoy a yummy longer savasana.
Family Yoga
The freedom to explore body and mind through sensory experience. Family Yoga runs through the school holidays allowing families to connect through movement and meditation as well as teaching children the importance of wellbeing whilst keeping it fun for the whole family.
Yin Yoga
The Yin Yoga class is the perfect antidote for those feeling that their lives contain lots of activity and "doing". We use a smaller number of poses and posture, holding them for longer than usual in order to target the deeper "yin" tissue such as fascia and connective tissue. Suitable for beginners right through to experienced Yogis, giving you the chance to turn your attention inwards and access your true self.
Lunar Flow
This class will be led by the moon. Her energies and forces will guide us into delve into our intuition and practice accordingly, sometimes nurturing and gentle, sometimes to remove stagnant energy, sometimes to bring balance, but always ending with a moon meditation and lunar advice for the week ahead.
