Bee Yoga is me....Becci

My love of Yoga began around 20 years ago and in 2013 I decided to train to teach.

I opened the studio in 2015 and my dream became reality.

I am committed to the strength that comes with a regular practice, mind, body and soul all benefit. I love to curate different playlists and linking yoga, movement, breath and music is a big part of my classes.

Amy

Since discovering yoga at The Beehive three years ago, Amy quickly realised that Yoga was a huge part of her life that she couldn’t live without.

After studying and qualifying over the Summer lockdown, Amy is now enjoying teaching strong and restorative classes, eager to pass on her passion for yoga to her students

Elizabeth

Soulspace Yoga is the beautiful Elizabeth.

As soon as I met Elizabeth I knew that she would make a wonderful instructor, she is calm and poised with a passion for the environment, animals and nature. She did a big chunk of her 200 hour yoga training at Bee Yoga and I am delighted to have Soulspace Yoga on board at The Beehive.

Hannah

Peaceful Warrior Yoga was founded by the lovely Hannah.

Recently qualified and already building a following, Hannah believes that Yoga should be empowering but fun, moving your body the way nature intended. Over lockdown Hannah qualified to teach toddlers and pre-schoolers...apparently organised chaos is a suitable description! So happy to have Hannah and her values, ethos and outlook at The Beehive.

Sam

Sam began Yoga to improve his flexibility and to help build strength, he welcomed the added benefits to the mind with open arms and it soon became a part of his regular practice.

After taking his first class at the Beehive, Sam has enjoyed exploring classes wherever he goes, and now Yoga helps him to take a more mindful approach to his life.

Sam is looking forward to sharing this practice with you, along side some of his favourite, cool, jazzy beats.

Sharan

I have been practising yoga for over 15 years, after being introduced to it by my mum, with my most dedicated practice taking place over the last six years.

For me, yoga has become a life style rather than just a physical practice and has served as a great comfort through challenging times. The focus on breath and meditation has enabled me to regain focus and balance at different points during my life.

I began my teaching journey in 2018, when I trained in India (Rishikesh) and then returned to the UK to teach Vinyasa and Ashtanga.I thoroughly enjoy teaching and passing on the benefits I have experienced to the participants in my classes.

At Beehive, I offer Ashtanga Flow which I feel delivers a good balance of the aforementioned styles. Ashtanga Yoga combines mantra, breathing techniques, and physical movements to develop your strength and flexibility, submerging you in a dynamic and spiritual practice.

Beth

I am an adventurous soul, and when not on the mat you can usually find me outdoors, up a mountain or swimming in a lake.

After practising yoga consecutively over the years, I decided to complete my 200-Hour Teacher Training as I wished to develop my personal practice, this soon led to me wanting to share the benefits of yoga with others.

I currently offer a range of Hatha and Restorative practices to choose from and welcome you at whatever stage of your yoga journey you are at to join me on the mat. In my classes, we will explore breathwork, movement, meditation & philosophy to help bring peace & balance into your life.
